My husband and I and all of our guests were extremely happy with our experience.ANNE! I cannot begin to explain how she treats you as if you are family. She’s always there for you and her response rate is so quick. I explained my vision and price point for our wedding, and she came back with multiple suggestions. I really didn’t want the typical gazebo on the beach, and she found us a rooftop overlooking the ocean. It was incredible! She helped us start planning over a year before the actual date, and kept on top of the airlines and resorts to get things done quickly and easily.The website available to our guests for booking was exceptional. We had guests coming from both Toronto and Halifax, and booking was clearly marked and explained for all of them.We were blown away with the resort we ended up with. The staff, food, venue was all incredible. The wedding was perfect. We honestly can’t say enough good things. We were so happy and 100% could not have had our dream wedding without using this service! Don’t even try to plan it without their help!

We worked with Anne and she was amazing. She asked our budget and what we were looking for in a resort and sent us suggestions that fit all the criteria within our budget. When we picked a resort we were interested in she quickly got ahold of the wedding department to make sure our date/time was available. Then she locked in our rate and sent out our e-invites so guests booked directly with her in our room block. Our guests loved her and said how easy and sweet she was to deal with. My mom who is not a traveller and not very tech savvy told me everytime she called or emailed Anne with a question she got a response right away and Anne always made her feel like her questions were a top priority even though mom said most of her questions were probably dumb and common knowledge for most. When my wedding coordinator wasn't answering important emails and questions Anne stepped in and got her to respond and do a video call with us and Anne to make sure everything was figured out right away. I just found out today that Anne is not just a destination wedding agent and books regular travel as well and we 100% will be using her in the future. Thank you Anne for helping with everything you made our week amazing.

The wedding for my brother-in-law and sister-in-law was so beautiful. The whole family had such an incredible time. These memories will be with us for many years. There was some uncertainty about my parents going due to my grandfather being ill, Jessica was so understanding and she managed to accommodate them. My parents had such a wonderful time. We are all home safe and sound. Thank you Jessica for everything.

Jessica Baer was our travel agent and she was so helpful and attentive. She answered all of my emails in a timely manner, and helped us pick our perfect wedding destination. Jess would answer my emails late at night and early in the mornings- always resolving any issue. Jess also consistently put my mind at ease with any uncertainties that arose and accommodated any of the guests requests for the trip. Jess was truly wonderful to work with and she never steered us wrong. When I initially decided to do a destination wedding, I figured I could handle it all on my own because I am great at planning. However, I was wrong and decided to give Ultimate Weddings a chance and Vanessa blew me away on the first call. She was so sweet, patient, understanding and personable. It has almost been 4 weeks since my husband and I got married on the beautiful beach in Mexico.
