Great experience with these guys. They were very friendly and helpful through the sales process and made sure to get me what I wanted. They stayed in touch through the delivery and set up process and were always happy to take my call and make sure my container got up and running quickly. This company promises long and delivers way short…. So many deficiencies! Previously used products were installed and sold as new, poor craftsmanship at every turn… dented panels, oily smudgy fingerprints everywhere , misaligned roofing that was damaged during transport… no willingness to repair it or the gaping holes from warped products. Damaged misaligned french doors that don’t lock sold as new! We supplied the shower and even that was installed misaligned.Cheap cheap cheap… It will probably cost $10k+ to repair and make livable

My niece bought one of these units. Has had nothing but issues from day one. Not insulated properly as the unit is very difficult to heat. They insisted it was but it definitely isn't. Shower not draining properly due some random debris in the drain from possibly when it was built? Her and her mom have been trying to have this sorted out but they are getting zero response.
