I had a leased 2021 Rav4 LE that I wanted to sell, and after sending an email to Progressive Leasing, Manny contacted me promptly and didn't waste any time coming to have a look at my Rav4, even though my lease was only expiring in 4 months. When the time came, he popped around again to check everything again. We came to an agreement on what I would make out of the purchase, and he kept to it, and today Manny bought my Rav4 and gave me the cheque for my part out of the purchase. Manny even took me to my chosen bank to deposit the cheque, and waited for me and gave me a lift home as well. I do recommend these guys! They were quick, efficient, and made this whole process super simple and easy for me! Thanks Manny!

I cannot speak highly enough of Phil and the team there at Progressive. We initially purchased a used vehicle off Phil and the experience was so smooth, very straight and ‘no-no sense’. It was all very easy without the salesman tactics. So then two years later, when we had to quickly dispose of our two nearly brand new vehicles as we were leaving the country. We decided to deal with Phil again. We reviewed the pricing on the vehicles to make sure they were appropriately placed at an honest market value. Both vehicles had sold within two weeks, at a priced high than dealerships were willing to pay us. I couldn’t recommend Phil and the team enough!

Purchased Grand Caravan from them nearly a month ago. It was comfortable to speak with Gord, he showed me a few options, didn't push, and gave me as much time as I want to make a decision. I had some doubts about which one to buy (there were a few options).They have really good service. I'm a newbie in Canada and had no car, Gord pick me up from my home to their office, when all the required documents (from my side) were ready, and it was nearly 30 km from the office. Helped me to get a car plate, provide recommendations with insurance etc. Not sure that I can remember all the good things they did for me.And the cherry on the pie.They provide a real warranty, I had some issues with the brakes and wheel alignment. They installed brand-new brake pads and fixed wheel alignment for free at a convenient for me time. Moreover, I got a lot of sorry" that they didn't find it before the sale and that I experienced some problems. Of course

Twice now I've used Progressive and twice now they have hooked me up really well in short order.Thank you to Angela, who recently got me into a used Sentra after my Lancer got written off. I highly recommend anyone who needs a used vehicle to go talk to her immediately.

Great used car buying experience. The amazing team at Progressive helped us through the process and was very clear and communicative throughout the whole thing. Our initial contact Seth gave us all the information we requested and scheduled our test drive. Phil runs the operation, and he was present and willing to help us with any questions. Finally, Angela helped us with our financing and paperwork. All in all, very professional and positive attitude from everyone. We were very happy with our transaction and would definitely recommend Progressive. Will come back if in the market in the future.
