She helped us find out exactly what we needed and gave us a great price on phone cables.Sales tactics are amazing and you can see she knows what she's talking about.Went above and beyond what was expected, definitely returning in the future :)

I bought some Skullcandy Indy Evo earbuds from there back in April or May, and they only work in one ear! I tried to do everything I could to get both earbuds to work, but wasn't successful. Not very satisfied at all. And because of this, I had to spend over $200 CAD for a pair of JBL Under Armour earbuds which thankfully worked.

If you're buying tech related items, I recommend purchasing from The Source. I personally dealt with the store manager and she was fantastic. She even called me after I left to provide me with details regarding my situation. Fantastic customer service. 5/5 recommendation.

I have problems with my WiFi remote connection constantly dropping off or unable to connect at all. The clerk showed the products they have available but said I should look at my router system ( Bell 2000) because it may be out of date considering they're up to 4000 now . If changing the router doesn't do anything I will go back to The Source and purchase their recommended product.

I went in to upgrade my cellphone this weekend. Both sales associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to get a new phone. Excellent customer service!

I went to The Source in New Sudbury. I had questions about a product I was interested in purchasing as a gift. The sales associate that I was speaking with was the manager Karen. I would like to say the vibe in that store is awesome! The staff is super friendly and very likeable. I had exceptional service and I felt like Karen went above and beyond to have my questions answered. Karen had consulted with her colleges, searched for info on her phone and even made some calls. We (or should I say Karen) found the perfect gift that was the right match for what I needed. Now, thanks to Karen I am very excited to give my awesome gift. I will be recommending The Source and this particular store to my family and friends. Awesome job!
