Overall, their service is good and recommended. I just felt like I got a new car after they finished the job.Pros: 1. Their mobile service is convenient. No commute needed to drop off and pick up my car. I can be working while they are servicing my car.2. They are honest. They let me know a 10% off discount which I was not aware of even though I had decided to use their service.3. Very friendly and polite people.Cons: 1. Some small detail is overlooked (small coffee stains in the cup holder, some dust and dirt around the deep corner). But it may be understandable as they are servicing my car in an unexpected rainy day and they have to do the job inside my garage which light isn't great. Frankly, this might not be a general problem if they have sufficient light.Follow up:I got a call from them just an hour after I posted my initial review and they offered a revisit to fix the small imperfection I mentioned above. They are not doing that for the rating as my initial rating is already 5 stars. They really care about their customer and quality. Another Pros for their excellent customer care

I originally gave the service 4 out of 5 stars. The interior detailing of my Civic was really well done, but I was disappointed that some of the stains in the front seat didn't come out. The rest came out beautifully, so maybe I was expecting too much.The owner messaged me, and insisted on coming over (after hours) to re-clean the front seat, personally! The seat looks a lot better now. Well done Glam Detailing - that is very impressive customer service!

I recently got my car interior and exterior detailed with an advanced package. They care about the minute details and they are the best out there. I 100% recommend them. Trust me you won’t get dissapointed.

Overall happy with the pricing and service. Did a great job on the crumbs and details, as well as the carpeting. He didn't do interior windows at all and missed door ledges as well as back hatch. That said, our leather is perforated which is a huge pain and he did a great job on them so kudos.However, cleaner was late so it started off poorly. Very unfriendly/non communicative. He told us our car was very dirty - which was not the case - it's not like there was dog hair or cheerios all over or anything.So although I appreciate he spent the extra time to get the details done - I didn't think it actually needed it and he should have been more professional about it to discuss appropriately.Overall - mostly good, would try again but with a different person.

Very pleased with the basic package. Team showed up 10 m before scheduled start and finished early without cutting corners.
