I had come in with my mom who is afraid of dentist also is also not good with English and spoke to Alissa she was great with my mom and knew the kind words to make sure she was feeling good at the dentist . This experience was really good and we will be going back here .

Receptionist are always busy.I was requesting my records since April, 3 months after that, they just wanted to cut the calls without doblecheck the personal information or be sure that I have had resolve my inconvenience.

I can't say this enough, but the worst dental experience you can have in probably all of Hamilton is at Jackson Square Dental.Banned me almost 10 years ago for double billing on the exact same tooth for the exact same problem they refused to fix originally, and as a result my insurance refused to pay them. I guess it doesn't help I called the insurance company as I was walking out of their office to let them know what was happening and to squash that real quick!Banned my partially blind wife and my 3 kids because she was questioning their staff. They dont like when a person that has an IQ of 144 makes the receptionists and dentists look like idiots by asking questions that they don't want to answer.If you need teeth pulled, I recommend a couple shots of alcohol, and a bow&arrow with 100lb test line instead of going to Jackson Square Dental. It'll get done quicker and more efficiently!

Ive given it a 2 star review because the Dentist i had to deal with was unprofessional and her aid was worse. I had seen her 2 times before the issues and they were rough with teeth cleaning and cavity removal. The issues mainly started when i had to get my wisdom teeth removed, we told them that this was the last time for the year that we were coming so she brought me in for a wisdom tooth extraction, with the possibility of saving it. When we got in we were told that they were not removing the wisdom tooth and that i was just getting cavity's done and that id have to come back to get a painful wisdom tooth removed. I was livid do to build up of issues and the aid witch dealt with most of it was rude the whole time. I told the aid because the dentist wasn't around that they ether removed my wisdom tooth or i was not coming back, the aid was not budging, another aid for another dentist overheard the issues and pulled us aside saying that her dentist had an opening to remove the tooth. We agreed. The aid for the bad dentist than made a huge stink, fighting with the other aid for stealing her dentist's patient when she had already lost me as a patient. The dentist i dealt with was nice and removed the tooth quickly and painlessly but when i called to go back i was told that they can't make sure i would get her as a dentist again and that i might get the bad one so i never returned.

I come to this clinic regularly for my cleanings and the service here is fantastic! The staff are very friendly and work fast.I came in for two fillings today and was taken care of by Dr. Mak and NB. They both did an excellent job and were super caring. :)

I highly recommend ! The staff is warm and welcoming. I came in extremely nervous because I have sensitive gums and teeth. One of the staff members, allysa from the front desk, helped with all my questions and reassured me that the dentists were amazing

My wife and I have been the patients of Dr Akkad in the Jackson Square Dental Care for over 15 years. We’ve received excellent care over the years, from teeth cleaning to major surgery. Strongly recommend their services if you’re looking for a dentist.

Horror experience felt completely disregarded by the dentist who examined me.flat out Refuse to give me antibiotics Had to go through A walk in clinic Had me book an appointment 2 weeks ago. Considering I work 2 jobs and I had to book the time off. To get this done 2 weeks in advance. Uninstead, they textll me. 2 days in advance, saying all we'd can no longer do. You're procedure because o Nitrou hasn't been working for 2 weeks. Why would you even book the appointment for me then? Hap, heard a thing from hav Management? Been waiting fock for over 2 weeks, not a d*** thing.
