Very nice security guard & the agents are kind as well. I walked in at 11:15 for my appointment and luckily I was one of 3 other people in the building and was in and out in 20 minutes. However, the agent did tell me it would come in 5 weeks and it’s been just over 6 now, I know it is out of his control though, just be sure to go in advance to ensure you have it in time! I go on vacation in 2 weeks so hopefully it comes soon!

This place was really nice ... the security guard was pleasant and the lady that checks if you have all your documents was great and helpful. Nice to deal with govt people that seem happy instead of moody.

This was probably the best experience I have had so far with renewing a Canadian passport. Every single employee was very friendly and helpful, communicated with me in my preferred language, and was quick and efficient. I was literally out in 10 minutes from the moment I walked in with my documents to the time I got into my car and left. I could not recommend this Service Canada location more.

Arrived without appointment at 8:22am. At 8:30am sharp the security guard opened the door and welcomed us, there was two more people in the line.The agent “Damla” assisted me with a smile and nice welcoming words. The English/French of the agent was perfect. Very respectful and prompt service.I had a very pleasant experience, everything was professional, friendly and fast. Thank you Damla. Much appreciated.
