They were super friendly. When I walk in and ask if someone could help me with my financing they got me help right away without an appointment and even if my branch was elsewhere. They were amazing and really help me out. Thank you.

Expensive accounts, banking errors, inconsistent policies, and several rude tellers. This branch has been enough to make me change who I bank with. Avoid!

I absolutely adore this location. It's a smaller branch with an old school feel. I don't often have to go in to an actual branch, but when I do I get fast, excellent service every time. Sure, service charges are ridiculous given that banks are making money hand over fist, but Scotia is no worse than any of the other big five in my opinion.
