Nice store but comparatively smaller than stores in other malls.

Poor customer service…..the staff never approached us or ask if we need help……the lady at the cash desk was laughing when checking us out

The staff was amazing :) . They helped me pick out an outfit for my Dinner date that I had. Love the items that I got.

Went yesterday around 8 pm, and the staff was like not wellcoming zero customer service. I asked something about T shirt stuff, and I just got all the time one answer, I don't know. Still 1 hour left for closing, and they behave like we are close. I am thinking of returning my shirts .I will buy it again from another store

Not satisfied with the quality of product and their response on my request . I brought this purse 2 months back . And it’s could get faded. I went to store girl who was assistant manger May be name Shivani. Refuse to change it and asked me to call support.

Zero star for the costumer service, the girl in the cash doesn't great the costumer, she is talking to the other girl ignoring costumers totally, they will keep following you in the store and stare at you,Making you feel uncomfortable actually this is the worst guess store in whole ontario, this is for the store management and guess head office

Loved my experience and the very cute gifts I bought for someone else. They were very helpful there. The checkout line was long but toss the season I guess. It didn't matter because I ended up cashing out with a very helpful and pleasant cashier.

My experience with this place is disgusting. I had an incident at Boxing Day that I am going to explain:- I bought an watch and the Indian lady took my payment and the payment is received but there was a error to print the receipt that time and the lady said I am going to send you money back and you gonna receive in couple of hours and she said to pay again and I paid . I asked the question that time if I didn’t get the money back then what I can do ? She said “ you can come back to the store and I am working here , we will give you the deposit back . After two days , I went to the store and the I explained this situation to the staff and they said you can call to the costumer service. Then I said I am not gonna call and you have to say on your wording that you said that day to give my deposit back in the store. Then she called the manager , the manager lady was disgusting and she doesn’t know how to deal with the costumers even I was taking politely but she said “ I can’t handle this lady anymore “ this was so rude to me . Then the the lady named “ Hiliri “ came to me and said I will call you by tomorrow 5:00 pm to to solve this situation and will give you deposit. But I didn’t receive any call from her .overall, the staff working inside always disrespecting the customer along with this they cheated me in terms of getting deposit two times for the one watch .“ Cheater Staff working inside the guess store “

this location is absolute trash. showed up at 7:40pm and the sign says it closes at 8pm and they wouldnt let me return a pair of jeans after i visited 3 other locations. i am absolutely disgusted with the service. they all stared at me through the window instead of opening the door to talk to me like a decent human being. the lady on the phone was absolutely ignorant to me and called me rude. i would never in my life recommend this location to anyone. garbage.
