Pharmasave Parksville

What a great business! The folks there are always friendly (and they love my dog, in this dog friendly pharmacy) and always on top of evolving situations regarding my wife's complicated medications.

Last weekend my wife and I travelled from Campbell River for a company event at Tigh-Na-Mara. Imagine my surprise when I went to retrieve her walker from the back seat and remembered I had not loaded it in our parkade at home. The hotels don't seem to have wheelchairs or walkers for guests but staff recommended Pharmasave. One call and ten minutes later we were set up with a wheelchair - the evening was a complete success.When I returned the wheelchair the next day your staff would not accept payment for one night's use - I thought that gesture was extremely kind. I started Idea Protein 10 months ago and I am down 82lbs! I feel amazing! I couldn't have done it without my coach...Jen!! There is so much support and accountability with the coaches at Parksville Pharmasave! I live in Nanaimo and go into Parksville once a week for a weigh in and yes even at these gas prices it's worth the drive!!! What I love about Ideal Protein is that there is no grey area. I find the program very easy to follow and once I got going I discovered my cravings for the things I shouldn't have basically went away!! Sometimes a craving comes along but Jen is just a text away which I love ❤️

Great customer service! I had forgotten to pack my medication and was going to otherwise be without it for several days while staying on the island. The pharmacy staff took the time to help me get an “emergency refill”, on a Sunday nonetheless. They saved the day!

This is my family's go-to pharmacy. The staff is very knowledgeable, and their pharmacists have always taken the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. They also have an excellent selection of products; they have always had exactly what we've needed (and at a good price, too!)

Excellent, supportive and knowledgeable staff in their Ideal Protein Department. I attribute my weight loss success to this team at this store for explaining the science, giving me the tools, and then the endless support. THANK YOU. What a great place... I had been everywhere in town looking for a specific vitamin that was out of stock or not carried. I did eventually find it out of town that week. BUT. When I stopped here to look for it, a lovely lady in this store asked what I was looking for, took my information, and advised that she would enquire about ordering and carrying this product. She later called --the same week!--to let me know that it's on their shelves now, too! This level of customer service is RARE, and the courtesy of both the follow up call and bringing a product in literally within days of enquiring was stunning. This will be the last time I drive out of town to locate this product or any other pharmacy-related detail for that matter. When the current supply has to be replaced, I know where I'm going. By default, that also means I'll make this store a more regular stop for other needs as well. Highly impressed, and recommend this business.

Amazing pharmacy! Always exceptional service. Fast, efficient and friendly. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and so eager to help. Huge range of other awesome products in store. Love it.

By far the best pharmacy in the area. Incredible selection of products you can't find anywhere else. Super helpful and well-informed staff and pharmacists. Highly recommended for anything you might need.
