I have purchased many bikes from cowichan cycles. The service from sales to parts, and the service department has always been fair, knowledgeable, and positive. If they don’t have what you are looking for they will get it. I can’t say enough good things about the Cowichan Cycles crew.

So many great experiences at Cowichan Cycles during essentially my weekly Saturday visits. Extremely good service when they helped me make my Kona Operator operational again. Very friendly staff and great selection of inventory.

Best shop in my opinion. They are organized and get your bike ready to ride in a proper and timely fashion!Very knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help. (Bring back the latte machine!)Would highly recommend this shop!

Cowichan Cycles is the most welcoming friendly bike shop and they continually exceed my expectations. Their team is very friendly and knowledgeable which goes a long way. I would highly recommend them to any new or experienced rider.

I bought my bike (7k) from this company sales person was helpful. Unfortunately after approximately 1 year of riding my rear hub failed, I am not complaining about the hub. It was under warranty but it took several month to rectify. While waiting I bought a new hub and had wheel built at my own cost. During this time I never rec’d any updates info.When I called for info, no help with what was going on or even if it would be warrantied. Eventually I rec’d a new warrantied hub.Furthermore I had a frayed derailleur cable that needed to be replaced. I stopped at shop and was told no couldn’t be done today. Thus drove over to Cycle Therapy and rec’d the repair which took 15 minutes and was back on the trails. This is my experience.

I stopped by today, slightly embarrassed that I'd muffed a repair to my front wheel bearings over the weekend. Alec/Alex was great, popped the wheel into the service area and had it sorted in a few minutes. Super service! Also very helpful advice and parts for a brake repair last week!! Great vibe in the store!
