Amazing place. My daughter was prescribed an antibiotic that is a hard to find compound and she was very sick. Yurek’s was the only place that could do it for us and they got it ready as my husband was driving over, after he explained our situation, and this was right before they closed. I don’t know what we would have done that night if it hadn’t been for their understanding.

I would highly recommend Yurek Home Health for families looking for enteral feeding supplies. I have only purchased a Mic-Key Low Profile Feeding Tube here (online), but I’ve ordered them twice now and Yurek is hands down the best price I have been able to find in Canada, and with free shipping! While I haven’t made any other purchases here yet, I can assure you that I will be considering them for all our other specialty medical needs (of which we have lots), due to the easy ordering, good prices and very reasonably timed delivery (came in 1/3 of the time that I waited from another pharmacy, and we live across the province).

Useless. No manual so I had to contact the manufacturer on how to take the walker I bought apart to get it compact enough to take on the train ... they could not even ring it through the cash register as they could not find the SKU as they had thrown out the box and the manual. They printed me off a manual page which was ZERO USE ... I doubt that I even have a warranty as they had no manual to take home with me in case I had a problem. We got it broken down to a size that could go in the trunk with THE HELP OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER.AVOID LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAUGUE

I received my Covid-19 vaccinations at Yurek Pharmacy in London. It was easy to book and quick to get in. Staff are very helpful and attentive. I really appreciate the great customer service and professionalism from pharmacist Mahdi and staff. Thanks again!

I was prescribed paxlovid to help my serious Covid. The script was sent to Yurek on Monday afternoon. It is imperative this medicine be started in a short time frame.For some reason they did not send it out on Monday but did promise it would be delivered 1st thing Tuesday morning.It is now 6:40 & I still don't have the medicine. If I don't get it today, I am not able to take it.I am shocked by the irresponsible way Yurek has handled this situation. In my opinion they are inept & incapable of providing the service required by sick people.

My husband and I needed medical supplies to take for a family member in Cuba. We experienced really fabulous customer service. I can not emphasize enough how truly professional knowledgeable and helpful they were for both of us. They took a really stressful situation and turned it around to be a very positive experience. I can no thank them enough.

Outstanding service. We live out of town and my husband receives cancer treatment in London. He also has many other medical needs as a result of his cancer. The Yurek Team tracked down a specialized backpack for his tube feed & prepares orders of medical supplies that friends can pick up for us when my husband is too frail to travel. Even odd supplies that the Erie St Clair LIHN can't locate for us, the Ladies at Yurek track down. Exceeds expectations.

I needed a walker through the government program, my therapist sent the form in an email because Yurek requested an email not a fax, i had friends come up all the way from Chatham to take me there but when i got there they were looking for a fax, they said they did not have any paper work for me, my therapist called them and spoke to someone, unfortunately she didn't get her name and was told that the email was there so i had another friend come from St. Thomas to take me yesterday but when i got there i was told again there was no email from my therapist there, i was asked if i had seen John as if i would know who John was, nothing was explained to me, now i have dealt with Yurek's in St. Thomas all my life as well as my parents and have always been teated well and professionally but at the London office me and my friends thought that i wasn't treated professionally, i treated with impatience, i won't ever being going back there and i will make sure not to recommend anyone else i may know not to go there, i was very disappointed as i did read the write up on your we site before going and the store my experience what not inline with what i read
