It was a decent experience. The hookahs tasted good but the chai and the shakes weren’t the best tasting. Also, it was kinda odd that the server was sort of assertive on ordering two different hookahs even though we were just two of us and we don’t smoke much. Other than that, decent place and good vibes.

Had a few friends who wore regulars here show me this spot. Went a few times and it was a mellow place to enjoy sheesha. That is until you interact with the owner. An absolute disrespectful person. He conducts himself as if his doing us a favour and not the other way around. One instant I told him the tea we were served was cold and tasted bad. He went on to tell me they have served over 60 teas tonight and that it’s not the case that we were wrong. Another time there was 3 of us and according to his rules we have to order 2 sheesh even though 2 people didn’t smoke. Ordering drinks only is not enough at his place. On the other hand the serving staff wore amazing.Owner needs to reevaluate himself and show a little more appreciation and respect to his customers. But then again you can tell by the level of arrogance on the review response that it won’t be the case.

Very good hookah taste. Staff kept the coals fresh. The owner was very friendly and caring. Moreover, the price is very reasonable.

I come here with a friend from time to time to just smoke and chat, its an extremely lowkey place which I love. Service and staff is great, they're attentive to changing out the charcoal. I don't need/like all the fancy decor and stuff and this place really does it for me, I never feel rushed at all here as well. The patrons here are also all chill as well or having a good time as well each time I went.

Me and my friends were regular customer there, and the servers were always super nice to us. But the Owner isn't. 3 of us was there and one friend was running late, we already ordered 2 hookah and asked the second one to come late since the person who ganna smoke it was running behind. But all of the sudden the owner come to us and told us that the flavour we want was out and we need to order something ASAP, mind you he know us well that the 3rd person doesn't smoke and we were waiting for the 4th person. We politely told him that our friend always smoke that specific flavour and if he could give us couple minute so she can come and check the menu and order. He rudely said that's our rule

the main policy of the institution! (the customer is always right) I wanted to try your hookah with a friend! we came with 4 people! 2 do not smoke hookah! I explained it to you! what is the problem? and your attitude was not acceptable! You didn't even bother to explain it!

Terrible service, I do not advise anyoneI don't want to order two hookahs if two out of four people don't smoke. We just wanted to try your caln and not choke on the ashes from the two. I don't think you have the best one, looking at the level of the institution.
