This BK has decent numbers of sitting and tables for different group sizes. There is patio area as well. Food and cleaning was good. Staff should be more frindly. Location is at the corner of Kingsway and Hall then roadside parking are metered unless you park in the behind streets for 30 min or 2 hours free spots.

The staff depending on who is working can be great but as well look like they wished they were elsewhere.Sometimes are friendly, other times you walk up to the counter and what do you want?" Not exactly what you expect even from a fast food place.Ask for ketchup or sauce

33 MINUTES!Would you want to wait over half an hour for two combos after placing an online mobile order for take out?A pizza would be free after that long and they still have to deliver it. If we'd gotten McDonald's across the street, I would've been home and eating by the time this order was ready. Me & Ed's down the street would've had our food ready and they are a sit down restaurant with table service.The worst part though was how it was handled, and why I won't be coming back. The lack of communication from the staff, avoidance of the issue to just straight lying to my face about it and ignoring me after requesting a refund was the last straw.Avoid this location.

Bought 3 orders of large fries. They were bitter. Clearly the oil is at the end of its life; the oil was fuming when I went to complain.The weird part is the service person didn't want to acknowledge it; just said no one complained. Left the bag of fries for them to throw.They need to look at their cooking oil and procedures for change.I always used to go to McDonalds right next to it; wanted to try BK for a change.Never again...

TAKE A LOOK WHAT THEY MADE!!!!!The patty of this burger should be thrown away as garbage, neither the person who made the patty nor the person who made the burger is not a human being. Their attitude towards customers can be seen from the food they make, and their shift manager's attitude towards customers is a testament to this. From the beginning to the end, it seems that I was the one who deliberately caused trouble, and they seemed to see through my inner thoughts. The manager on duty did not apologize, whether it was verbal or in the heart, and the person who makes the burger is always evading that she didn't fry the patties... Check out the other bad reviews, let's unite against this black shop！

Very unfriendly. Thanked her for giving me my food. Didn't even look me in the eye. Didn't care. Thanked her again. Nope, just wanted me out of there. She may be having a bad day but it really puts you off with this type of service. Not sure I would want to come back.

Food was ok, but service was not. Had to wait a long time and that's not fun when you have two starving boys after basketball practice. Once we got our food and sat down, noticed they had forgot an order of french fries. Also, one of the sandwiches we got had a hard bun. But the other food was ok. The place was clean and not loud.

Good clean restaurant with friendly staff. They're not trained in good customer service. I asked if the lady serving my fries could give me half onion rings, half fries. One word answer: NO ! The wooden fork is a pain in the butt because it doesn't pick up food. The recycled paper straw is terrible. There are recyclable plastic straws.

I get Whoppers here and they are always great. Friendly service, but sometimes I wish it was a bit quicker when they're busy. Clean premisis with friendly employees and great fast-food.
