Since they started selling cannabis I no longer like supporting them. Their staff isn’t overly nice & told me to pretty much not buy pre rolls … shouldn’t all your products be good ? Especially at that price standpoint?

Amazing young staff that runs the store but as soon as you pull back the curtain to upper management aka the puppet masters that’s where the quality lacks. Unprofessional, arrogant and manipulative owners. Sad to see for the staff that they’re treated so poorly for how excellent they are for running the store, while the big heads just sit on the moneybags!

My Go To for glassware.. the BlueBerry line is by far my favourite. I’ve owned a lot of others, and froze and broke a lot of others, but the BlueBerrys seem to stand up AMAZINGLY to forgetful emptying and freezing the bong in the garage.The staff is always ready to help and always friendly and educated in their field.

I could not be happier with my visit here. It was my first visit here since moving back to Peterborough. The store is easily accessible and centrally located. They keep the store clean and the product displays are very eye catching. I received prompt service and a detailed explanation of my options. I made my selection and received my purchase quickly. I enjoyed some great conversation with the staff there. And will be a returning customer. Recommended for those with particular tastes.

Good prices and selection just everytime I went in there somehow I felt out of place. I would ask about products and get a look of I'll have to check. Nothing wrong with that! Just somehow I always felt like I knew more about the products as a customer.

Honestly really disappointed with my visit, I went to buy a bong and an oz of weed. The employee was good, but the problem is the ounce. It was packed may 27 2021 so almost an entire year ago. It was so dry and crumbling just from handling it. I will not be returning if this is what I'm given.

Whoever the girl who was working the counter who had a face piercing called my wife dumb and deaf for making a mistake on buying the wrong product and trying to return it, should be fired. What kind of customer service is that? This was my go to spot its right across the street from my place i go once to twice a week, Unfortunately i wont be going there anymore. Very disappointed in the Customer Service.
