Horrible customer service to the uneducated basic consumer. If you are not sure what type/size/style battery you need don't expect Impact Battery to be of any assistance. They were rude, and short and disparaging of ATV brands that were not his favorite. Unhelpful in trying to determine what battery would be best, even though I informed him of the make/model of the ATV. Unwilling to research (even just to look up on his suppliers list.) Would rather speak poorly of the make; and offensively instead of helpful. Then just plain rudely choosing to cut me off 3 different times mid-sentence instead of offering a possible alternative choice or action we could take.

Great experience. The owners took the time to explain to me what my best options were for the price. I appreciate the time they spent, how courteous they were (much better than going to Canadian Tire that's for sure) and they got my golf cart back on the road faster than i expected. Will definitely recommend them in the future.

I was looking for a replacement 1632 button battery for my Toyota car key. They didn't have it at Canadian Tire who referred me to Impact Battery on Midland Avenue. I found it and purchased a backup. Very friendly service.

Poor costumer service, staff is unfrendly and at times ingonant. It's not a main distributor so the prices are higher than its competitors. Not recommended. Forget returns even if they sold you the wrong product. Be careful.if they make a mistake you pay for it.
