There is a good place for seniors.Swimming pool/hot tub/sauna and gym at Eileen daily pool and billiards room ,3 active rooms, gym for senior & kitchen/dinning room(lunch is $ 9 for everyone),they say it's a excellent to the price.

Often times it is quite busy, I would probably opt for running somewhere else.

Well maintained track and field but often very busy because it is in such a convenient location. Lots of parking nearby. Several picnic benches although the ones that are in the shade are always occupied first. Many families will take their young kids here to practice on biking, and there are lots of people just walking around the track. If you are here to go for a run, you will have to dodge other people a lot.

Love this place, not only is there a track, it has some covered parking, next to a library and Ileen Daily Swimming Complex! It also has a fantastic park with an awsome water playground for the kids and the view, just look at the pictures.
