Horrible service, unbelievable from a supposedly trusted municipal administration dealing with the population at large. Whenever you call to get something fixed, they open a “ticket” and tell you someone will be in touch to get the issue fixed. When weeks pass and nothing happens you call again and that's the same thing. They can even see tickets opened previously and tell you that they will resend the request. After multiple calls, I have several tickets for different unrelated issues dating back to more than a year and all they do is resend tickets or open new ones. It's like dealing with crooks running a shady business. Such a poor and pathetic service, not even trying to explain the delays. Other people tell me about experiencing the same issues such as they have to call multiple time to get anything done if ever. Great con job from the “City of Laval”, collecting high taxes and paying exorbitant salaries to incompetent employees, while refusing to do its actual job.
