Donavan was without a doubt, one of the best realtors that we could have worked with. He was patient, accommodating and completely understood what it is we were looking for. He was personable, and always had our best interests first. Even little things such as making sure we found a house that got full sun for all my plants, was always one of the first things he mentioned about a property we liked. Donavan helped us buy our first home. He is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, easy going and super responsive. We switched realtors to Donavan after over a year of searching for a home, and he was a breath of fresh air. He always came prepared with information on the neighborhood and the home. My significant other use to work with Donavan before he became a real estate agent and they are friends. I am always skeptical when working with someone we personally know as it can sometimes be hard to criticize if something doesn't go the way you want. Honestly, Donavan did a really good job and I really don't have anything bad to say about his service. All positive things! We even had issues with our lawyer and he helped us out with it even after the transactions was over. If you want an amazing service, contact him!
