Best CrossFit box ever! Coach is focused and knowledgeable, environment is fun and friendly, clean facility, and most of all the WODs are amazingly challenging - always including accessory work before/after! Becoming the best version of myself!

The day I slumped though that door was the day my life changed for the forever! I went to prove to my sister that it wasn't for me...over 6 months later I have grown to love crossfit and love exercising! The family atmosphere amazing and the love you feel in that building makes you want to come back!! Michelle has been with me every step of my journey! She is a amazing couch and friend!! Thanks for taking all my sass!! Expecially post workout!!
