This is a nice store for pet owners. Located at Crossiron Mills Mall. Has a fair selection of pet food and accessories like toys and cat trees. Prices seem a little high but I know the quality of the pet food is better than you would find at the grocery store.

I love this place and more importantly my dog loves everything I get him from this place. The cookies that they have here are his favourite and I’ve been able to find every single thing for grooming him that I have needed. Great customer service!

Big store with some good products. Been there a few times and store clerks could be more friendly as they tend to just bunch up behind the counter not offering much (not even smiles). Gives off a weird vibe entering the store.

This store is adorable! My dog loved their cookies, and the CBD tinctures and treats have done wonders for his anxiety, he's done a complete turn around.Thank you so much to the kind staff for their assistance, I'll definitely be back ❤

Super low stock on everything, sad product selection. Walked in and was the only one in the store. Lady at the till couldn't even muster up a hi or did you need a hand with anything. Their treat day and biscuit day are ripped off from pet planet. Would 10x rather go there instead.

Service was terrible. Staff just talk together and don’t acknowledge that you’re there. Don’t even greet when you come to the counter to pay something, don’t say thank you or have a nice day. No social skills what so ever
