A creative name. What was waiting for me, after hours hiking in the woods, a decent bowl of pho. The broth was flavorful, a slight sweet to the taste, noodles and meats were perfectly made. The herbs were fresh. The place was clean and the service was excellent. Could be among the top pho places in Barrie.

This used to be my favourite pho place to eat. But new management took over and it hasn’t been the best experience since. It’s great if you’re eating in, but every takeout order I’ve placed there’s been an issue with the quality and the items in my order. I’m always missing something or I’m given the wrong thing. I drove across town in a snowstorm just to get some pho and when I got home my food was covered in an orange slime and I was missing pieces that i specifically asked if it was in the bag before I left the store.If you’re going to eat in, great, but if you’re getting takeout I would go elsewhere.

I tried the vermicelli with chicken, which tasted good and all ingredients felt truly fresh and crispy. The background music was absolutely pleasant and appropriate. On the other hand, I certainly not enjoyed the condition of the booth seats (past tired...) and the bit of a mess, visible to customers, at the cashier area.

This is our 3rd time here and as always it's super delicious and amazing! The staff are very friendly and it makes you come back here again and again. Apart from the soup and the rolls, we also love their coffee!

Usually don’t dine in Barrie, but was happy to find this nice Viet spot. The ambience was just what we were looking for and from what I gathered everyone seemed to enjoy their food.I had the Rice Vermicelli with grilled chicken and spring rolls. Very tasty and looked quite appetizing. The flavours were just what you would expect from your neighbourhood-friendly Viet restaurant.We also ordered a couple of Vietnamese coffees, but was disappointed it didn’t come with “the phin” that drips the coffee down the cup. Definitely needed more condensed milk.Will come back for sure and will recommend friends in the area.

I write a review hoping what I have experienced will help someone. But I realized today how dangerous it is to share personal thoughts. Four months ago I gave the lowest score on a review of Wating pho U. Because the menu I ordered was Pad Thai and my seat was next to the bathroom, so I had the worst meal. After that, I had to go to this restaurant three more times because of my friends and had dinner with my family again today. I've changed my mind completely.Rice noodles and shrimp fried rice were the best. Especially deep fried wonton was great as an appetizer. Even though they were cooking using oil, they tasted clean. Of course Pad Thai and chicken vermicelli were still too sweet and sweet. And the bathroom is messy and I don't care about the inside of the restaurant at all, so it's hard to expect a good meal. Even today, it is full of lipstick and I brought water in a broken cup. But the food was the best. From now on, I think I will eat several menus and visit and write several times to deliver accurate information. It was the first time that I deleted and revised the review and uploaded it, but it was pleasant.But please clean the bathroom and separate the men's and women's toilets.Everyone, don't use the bathroom.

The food was excellent. The pho soup was absolute perfection!! We love Vietnamese food and this by far was the best soup we've ever had.The server was fast and friendly and the restaurant itself was very clean. Will definitely be back

5 Stars! The crispy spring rolls were delicious & unique! Whatever is in them, the taste & texture was incredible. The pho was obviously delicious & came out piping hot! I found the rare beef to be of good quality as well & they were generous in the serving. I will say the restaurant was quite busy, and we did wait a while to be served after being seated, but it was clear to see that it was family run & they were doing the best they could. I will definitely be returning to support this location!

went in at 5:30pm and it was already pretty busy but they are very quick and efficeint at getting food out to you. Calming atmosphere and even tho it is busy, it doesnt feel chaotic. Recommend a try.OrderedA12Mango Salad with shrimp - a little boring but add the sauces on the table and it's greatP4 small brisket phototal $25 worth it.
