What an awesome store! We had ordered a product on the phone and they said they would put it away for us, so we went to pick it up a few days later. Every single one of the employees were very friendly and made us feel welcome. From the woman on the phone when we ordered, to the fellow who helped us find something in the store, to the fellow on the till, to the fellow who loaded up our heavy purchase into our vehicle. We will definitely be back, what great customer service. On a side note, we ended up spending an additional $50 that wasn't even planned, because everything was so nicely displayed!! Thank you everyone for a great shopping experience. We will definitely recommend this store to our friends.

Love this place!!!! Fantastic selection of household/work needs! 9 times out of 10 they have what you need! As a bonus the staff are awesome to deal with!!!

Just bought some spray paint and misc. things and would of bought more but the staff made it uncomfortable to shop kept standing beside me asking if there was anything he could help me with atleast six times after my initial response was “thank you but if I have a question I’ll ask” shopped there lots but after this experience I’m taking my business elsewhere. I spent 90$ and would of spent more but I’ll finish my list at Canadian tire.

Good neighbourhood hardware store. Great staff. Only issue is it is about 25% more expensive than Home Depot. But HD is too far away.

Excellent local hardware store with pretty much all the basics you could need and helpful, knowledgable staff. Really nice not to have to go to one of the megastores.
