The staff is very pleasant to deal with. The doctor is very honest, and at no point does it feel as though she is trying to “upsell” me or pressure into doing anything that isn’t absolutely necessary. Both the doctor and assistant seem very genuine and trustworthy. It is a pleasant environment, and Cain (my cat) seems very comfortable there.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They take great care of my dogs and it is really full service. They even call the day after the appointment each time to see how your pets are doing. They have good hours and often have availability within a few days for an appointment.

Love this place! I've been to a few vets for dogs and cats and this is by far the best. Everyone is kind and accommodating, I really felt that my cat was cared for. I had a horrible experience with another vet when my cat was sick, so I felt uneasy for awhile trusting him to others. My first time here, they were respectful and so friendly! They talked things through with me and helped me with all of the concerns I had. I feel at ease having them to take care of my fuzzy friend, I know they'll do what's best for him.

Unfortunately, I have left the clinic for the last time sad and disappointed. I have a long lasting relationship with this clinic as they cared for my previous lab for 16 years. I currently have a puppy who just turned 1.At the beginning of January I brought my dog in for his annual check up. He received a vaccine at the time and before leaving I asked if there was anything else he required.Not 2 weeks later, I received an email that he was overdue for 3 other vaccines. I made another appointment for the sole purpose of getting this done. When I arrived I explained that I was more than happy to pay for the injections but wanted to ensure that I would not be charged another exam fee as I was just there and was told everything was up to date.I was told this was impossible. They wouldn’t wave the fee and said there was no manager that could be called. I was shocked that they were so determined to collect their 56 dollar exam fee. It felt like it was a real money grab and very poor customer service. I would have thought that a client of almost 20 years would have been more important than an exam fee and that VetsTo would have someone available to problem solve. I really got the feeling that the bottom line means more than client care, even if you have been a loyal one.

Everyone on your team is very good to my dog Thilo who is always very scared of the VET to the point where he needs a sedative and muzzle. Other clinics have denied service, won't do a nail trim without full sedation, and make us feel like Thilo is a very bad dog. Your clinic has worked with myself and Thilo to find a solution that works for nail trims and I can hear the tech's from the other side of the door telling Thilo he's a very good boy which just melts my heart. Thank you!

I just can’t thank enough for the love and care of our Yuki you gave when he was sick. Your staff is so friendly, professional, and even when I called several times , I was treated with utmost respect. Each and everyone of the staff is awesome, what a great team! I am always grateful for expertise and friendliness of the entire staff!

We are so grateful for the level of attention our dog got at this clinic. The employees were all professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions (as many and as silly some may have been). They ensured our dog’s comfort throughout his visit. He is usually extremely anxious visiting the vet but we were happy to see he was relaxed pretty quickly by the staff and surroundings that the vet was able to do their work. Thank you again for everything!

Went because my dog was scooting and had just been treated at a groomer. Your office expressed her gland and I didn’t have to pay for a full examination. I really really appreciated that ( as I’m a senior with limited funds).

Every person I've met at VetsToronto has been kind and compassionate, and I know this energy goes a long way with my pets. I've been super impressed with the vet's flexibility and friendliness, and having them nearby is a comfort. The level of service here is exceptional. There's no designated parking, which seems daunting, but I have been successful parking right in front of the door during every single visit so they are clearly managing their schedule well! COVID protocols are well-handled here, but I'm looking forward to a time when I can see everyone's smiles!

Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Our appointment was on time, with no long wait to see the vet. We felt cared for and valued.
