Spectacular Service & communication with Jeff & Christian @ Hyundai Gallery! My 2014 Sonata had a very unexpected mechanical issue that Jeff was able to solve as he is a miracle worker!! Jeff was extremely professional & was in constant communication to make sure I was educated & aware of all the steps & $’s moving forward. Christian (Mechanic) returned my Sonata to me ahead of schedule & in perfect running order with a personalized test drive. Hats off to the service department at Hyundai Gallery. I will be a customer for life:)

I'm extremely happy with Hyundai Gallery. I visited two other dealerships and almost gave up because of the lack of knowledge on the Palisade as well as the sales associates being quite rude. At Hyundai Gallery, Hailey was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She knew the ins and outs of the Palisade and was super helpful throughout the whole experience. She was also extremely quick to answer me back when I had questions. The dealership was also clean and everyone was very welcoming. This has honestly been the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and I will definitely be going back for any service or maintenance needed (and eventually if I need another vehicle down the road). If i could give 0 stars i would. Financed a car in april and have received only 1 if the keys i was promised. Was also promised that they could update my car so there would be apple carplay but my sales guy KASHTON has since stopped answering my calls or my text.Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Took my car here to fix a tiny crack in the wheel well. I obtained a budget based on their quote to repair. They installed an unfinished part. Since the quote didn’t say it was unfinished, I didn’t obtain budget, now I’m stuck driving a brand new, multi coloured car and listening to them explain why it’s my fault.Not my first over promise, under deliver experience with this dealership. We are also finding their “free oil change” program quite expensive. We tried to decline a scheduled tire rotation as we do that when we swap the winters. But we were told that if we decline the rotation, we would lose the free oil changes.

Just bought my car from them and I had a GREAT experience! Shout out to Jesse. He is super nice and awesome, he walk me through the beginning of my stay until the end of process. Also BIG thanks to finance manager Adrian. He is super helpful, He explained every detail clearly to me until the end. both 5 STAR for them and all the team for great experience!

Five stars for our sales team 2 years ago. LEN REIMER helped us narrow down our decision by being ready for our appointments, including having our potential vehicles lined-up on the lot and ready to test drive. His product knowledge was superb, plus his calming/patient demeanor was appreciated.Unfortunately the dealership underwent change of ownership last year and went downhill. Never had worse maintenance service in my life. They oversell everything for maintenance and ripped off my wife on a car for servicing by up selling useless maintenance. Also, booked appointments for service which means nothing: means drop off the car at 8 am, wait till 3 to say they are just looking at it, and now cannot get the part till the next day (even after I told them the part it needed since the tailgate motor failed ). Results in us driving around to drop off and pick up the car multiple times fir a simple fix. This service level very low compared to owning Acuras, rams for the last 15 years. We are now going else where for maintenance.

From start to finish, this dealership and its staff delivered impeccable service! No other dealership I’ve been to comes remotely close to this team. Jesse from sales perfectly curated a selection of vehicles based on my criteria. This dealership has an incredible selection, but one caught my eye the most! To get things sorted throughout the process, this team made it extremely easy despite my hectic work schedule. Always keeping me in the loop, offering multiple options, responding in a very timely manner, and working things out every step of the way. The professionalism of everyone was also top tier, Aaron & Katie - sales managers - were extremely helpful to get things sorted and finalized. Adrian & Subhash - finance managers - helped me to pick the best finance option with the abundant experience they possess to make it better for me. Jesse couldn’t be thanked enough for his superb communication every step of the way! I highly recommend this dealership to you, you will get the best deal at fair market value and you will be satisfied beyond belief with the service! Happiest camper with my new car!!!

My 10 year old SUV became undrivable in the rain without $$$$ repair.Went there to buy a new SUV and Eric was able to help me chose one that met my needs.Adrian did the financing and didn't try to over sell add-ons and was also very helpful.If your looking for a Hyundai i would recommend Hyundai Gallery

I am thrilled with my experience at Hyundai Gallery. Despite the distance between Edmonton and Calgary, I made the trip specifically to visit their store and explore a BMW they had available. Hailey, who assisted me throughout the process, went above and beyond to ensure the car was in pristine condition and ready for my arrival. Additionally, she kindly offered to pick me up from the bus stop, considering I had to return to Calgary by bus the following day. Every person I encountered at Hyundai was exceptional in their service. Subhash, the financial advisor responsible for my purchase, was particularly valuable in guiding me through the process. They even took care of ordering the license plate for me, simplifying my responsibilities. I wholeheartedly recommend Hailey at Hyundai Gallery if you are in the market for a new or used car!!
