Came here at 11am, Google said it'd be open at 10am. Stood there for a few minutes and it looked like nobody was working at all

I passed by and didn't want to bother the as the two girls behind the counter were busy with their phones. The did not have a care in the world especially the one who was sitting at the cash.

Big Fat Cookies
I went past this place yesterday, hoping to get a cookie, but I immediately turned away when I saw the teenage girls working there in crop tops with piercings, hanging over the food counters and extremely long hair hanging down over all of the food. I understand that these are prepared cookies, but these teenagers have absolutely no idea about safe food handling procedures and the owners don’t seem to care as well,so I do not trust their food to be safe to consume.

Asked for 6. Got 4. Luckily the only charged me for 4. Maybe if employees weren't so concerned about their phones the entire time, they'd know what customers were asking for. Good cookies though.

We went to get some cookies as there cookies are pretty good but it turned out that all 3 employees were having a lunch break. One of them can man the cou ter and the other could take a break. All the other restaurants in the food court were open and working hard just big fat cookies was closes.

Big Fat Cookies
I went to visit the store (yes it was 15 min before closing) I was just going to check if they were still open because the rest of the food hall was still serving food. Before I could even ask if they were open one of the male workers yelled at me “NO” and pointed away. The rest of the 4 workers were just sitting there. Honestly it was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. A nice “sorry were closing” would’ve been appreciated :)

Big Fat Cookies
$5 cookies and frozen St-Viateur bagels. Friendly, helpful service. They suggested the skor toffee snickerdoodle. It was really tasty with a perfectly balanced texture. The first time I got a cookie, a few months ago, I was less impressed.I don't think people should negatively judge food court workers unless they are blatantly violating public health or being racist. These are just young people being young and bored, paid minimum wage. They don't need to fake excitement -- this is not a fine dining restaurant!

Big Fat Cookies
I stood there for like 5 minutes without anyone asking me what I'd like. The two girls there cared more about getting the latest gossip with a friend than helping customers. Decent cookies. Get better staff who care.
