Jayde was very friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with the level of customer service I received from her. She was honest with her opinion when helping me select sunglasses that complimented my face and she was lovely to chat with as I shopped.The air fresheners in the store need to be changed. I had an allergic reaction to them that so far has lasted over 4 hours. Despite the excellent level of customer service I received from Jayde, I will not be back to this location because of the air freshener issue.

Sarah was awesome! A friend’s dog chewed on my wife’s Ray Bans and we were really disappointed but Sarah gave us $50 off to replace them since they were out of warranty. I could tell she felt bad about what happened and it was great of her to take care of us! Thank you!

Bought two pairs of sunglasses from this store a few years back, I had spent well over $500. I was assured that I had a lifetime warranty. And I mean I was really specific with the salesperson; he said forever!I go into the store today… apparently they only keep the records of that purchase for two years. Funny they still had my personal info (name phone and email) they have no problem holding to that.Never will I spend another cent in that store!

Excellent service.I called in before I came in since it’s not exactly convenient to make the trip. I was assisted by a girl named Kristin; she was friendly, knowledgeable and took her time. She went above and beyond by teaching me how to size glasses properly on my own so I could call ahead.True, Sunglass Hut isn’t exactly cheap, nor are the glasses I intend to buy, however at this point I am certainly going to purchase here given the customer service experience. Frankly, it just wouldn’t feel right to take my business elsewhere.Thanks guys.
