Wanna give Negative star worst experience appointment time was 2pm i came at 2:10 and got loaded at 12 am when i was waiting for the dock called them to ask about my load but the guy who picked up my call was soo rude he said every time i call he gonna put me back in the line . will never pick load from them again .worst people

This place has serious issues. Whenever I come for pick up, security will tell you to wait on the street across the facility till to be called - which could be day/ days. I don't know what is going on but it's time consuming.

Long waiting otherwise the yard is kind of average space to back and park on dock. Staff is sometimes friendly and sometimes rude. Overall if you aren’t ready to wait this place will leave you with complete dissatisfaction.

Been here twice and had no issues ..If you are early here just go check in at the main entrance/Scale and call the given number they can load you early if no one waiting in front of you..pre cool your reefer to at least 20 F and than they will start loading .. good luckPortable washroom right besides the shipping office entrance. They won’t let u use the office washroom that’s why I gave 3 ⭐️Overnight Parking on the street outside , more than enough room both sides.

very disrespectful peoples working there especially dispatch & receive.I was call somany times didn't responded then my appointment was 3 PM I didn't got call till 9 PM still waiting

Never get loaded at your appointment time. Park out on a road with no facilities for up to a day, waiting for a call to back into a door. Not friendly at all. Very under staffed. 3rd worst Pickup/Delivery place I've been in 20 years.
