Was very disappointed with the service I received. The woman who served me was very Curt and I found her disrespectful. I asked if I could get a farmers wrap and I was met with an emphatic no, and frankly I was caught off guard. She then went on to explain to me that they had absolutely nothing to serve. The woman just seemed very rushed and like she had better things to do with her time. Will not be coming back.

Small, but only Tim Hortons in downtown Truro. It's such a small place, thus, some products are not avaliable(EX: white hot chocolate) in here; but, something is better than nothing, it's a good place to have little afternoon coffee.I would recommend to avoid to visit here between 3 to 4 in the afternoon, since, it may busy in here.

Litterly just told by Tim Hortons employees that if I couldn't leave a good review for this location.. I was told to go to another one if I didn't like the Inglis street one.. rude and wouldn't even serve me .. walked out back and talked about me to several employees.. over a review I made a month ago.. I told your employees if they couldn't serve me because of a review of your establishment then maybe I will no longer come to this location because I'm being ridiculed over a machine.. not my fault.. I'm allowed to leave a review.. to say the least your employees made it worse and will not tolerate rudeness from the employees for no reason..

about 1/4 of my chicken ranch wrap was properly made, then i got to the driest part of my wrap. it was filled with wilted sour lettuce that i couldn’t even finish. the ranch was only on the first 1/4 of it too. my iced coffee was warm and watered down. what happened to this place

I was the only customer in the whole location, and the only employee there managed to take my order and proceeded to make me a black coffee and hand it to me, and when I corrected them they had the audacity to say I never asked for milk in sugar, which I did 15 seconds earlier, unbelievable

It is Tim Horton's, so it is a mediocre level of products you have come to accept. The coffee is hot, and the donuts are cold. As always, they are stuck together.
