I had a wonderful experience at the Ottawa Sewing Centre. Yasmin took the time to show me the features of the sewing machine that I was interested in. She gave me tips that weren't included in the manual and was very patient with all of my questions. Yasmin certainly knows her stuff. The price of the machine was excellent. I had researched online and theirs was by far the best. With the help of the Ottawa Sewing Centre I now have a machine that I love. Thank you.

Yasmin at the Ottawa Sewing Centre helped me replace a 30 year old Kenmore machine. She provided great advice helping me choose a new machine and she gave me a good price. I was also invited to book an appointment to go back for a lesson and they service the machines as well. I recommend a visit if you are looking for a new machine.

Very competitive pricing, no upsell or pressure of any kind. Came to take a look at getting my first sewing machine as a newbie beginner. They were really nice, very helpful, but most importantly, they listened to my wants and needs.They took the time to really figure out what I would be using it for, what features I would possibly need, and how to make sure I enjoy my sewing journey.They absolutely succeeded. Within ten minutes of trying out the different settings and stitches, I was very glad to have taken their advice and spent the right money on the right machine for me.Project Runway Canada here I come!Thank you!!!
