My expensive hat came back bent out of shape, not cleaned and RUINED!! Said they could not clean and said hat was given in the shape it came back on. Bogus! It was obviously crushed under something. No care taken in transportation. They didn’t own up to their blunder, STAY AWAY!! After reading the owner’s above response, I called to see what they would do about…same old song and dance…really bad attitude…STAY AWAY!!!
