I went to this store, worst customer service I had ever experienced in this shopper drug mart,employee name dee P was so bad in treating people she was utmost rude that even I call for manager who apologise I will never visit this store ever in my life I am feeling so bad that I wanted to give zero stars but there is no option , worst in dealing customer and maintaining respect.

I’ve been going to the beauty boutique for years and I have to say, Wendy is an absolute DOLL. Always so helpful, knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to help me retrieve a receipt off the computer from a purchase two weeks ago. I had an issue with a product and she was there to help me! What a relief. Thank you Wendy!!
