Getting started with the system was a breeze. Our salesman tested our water and accurately assessed our installation needs. We chose water softening and reverse osmosis drinking water. The technician was excellent. Our water tank was installed in a very small space, but he was able to overcome the challenge and make sure everything worked perfectly. McCardel Culligan has an excellent team of individuals working for them and I couldn't be happier.

The installers were very knowledgeable and polite, they explained what they were doing and how everything worked. I love the system we had installed, our water before was smelly, hard and had tannins which made it very unpleasant so we were buying cases of water every week. Now I've bought an insulated water bottle so I can drink from the tap. I highly recommend McCardel Culligan.

I rent year round for seasonal unit. Call over and over nobody’s there at 3pm! Can’t get ahold of anybody. Emergency service useless! Don’t waste your money

User-friendly service with good products and reasonable pricing.

Recently your firm has had some billing issues and have not been taking automated payments. Without any communications regarding this issue or your plan for resolution, I find a charge on my bank account this evening for three months of service.This is deplorable. I had no notice of this charge. What kind of customer trust do you expect from the customers that are being surprised with these charges? My only recommendation is that people looking for water treatment services look elsewhere. McCardel Culligan can't be trusted.

The product and service are awesome. We had a new softener installed last fall after our original (Culligan) softener began to have some problems. The fella who put in our new softener was fantastic and the job was really well done. That said, the original softener was 28 years young and had served us well so we have no complaints about any aspect of this project. This fall, we had the service guys out for our one year checkup. They found several small tweaks that were necessary and adjusted our system to peak efficiency. It is so nice to have fresh, clean, soft water again! Thanks Culligan and job well done.

Petoskey McCardel customer service is outstanding! Always on schedule and very accommodating to our sometimes difficult traffic and varying needs. Thanks to all the friendly and pleasant crew!

Half of the water bottles we received tasted musty and it's not fun having to stand there for 20 minutes to empty 5 gallons into a pitcher to pour out. 4 times. One of the employees admitted that there was a major quality control issue in Traverse City, but doesn't seem that they've taken care of it. So disappointing, can't believe they can't do better.

Their filling station leaves much to be desired! I am use to a cleaning station, where the water is mixed with a Solution, This place has a dropper bottle full of some type of cleaning solution with no instructions on how much solution you should put in each one of your water bottles how you should rinse it??? Also, the person would clean it and fill it for you. Put it on a cart and bring it out to my car for me. Here, I had to lift the bottles up high on a messy sink, clean them, fill them, and try to now take 4- 5 Gallon full water bottles down no cart no help to my car! I am disabled Water is very heavy (1 gal of water weighs = 8 Lbs x 5 Gallon, bottle)It's time to upgrade to a new filling station with better service!

We have been customers of Culligan for many decades. I would never switch companies if possible, nor the water softener itself. We also had a Water softener in our dairy barn that saved us many $$$ by not having hard water out in the barn when it came time to clean-up after milking. Our son built a home this year and we told him right away to call Culligan. Our water in our area is very hard. The man that delivers the sale, has been with the company for umpteen years and is quite the gentleman when he comes in he does his work filling softener and off he goes. Thank you Culligan. If you want great customer service it still alive and well with this company!!
