If I could give less than a one star rating I would. My nails were extremely uneven in length. I specifically asked not for pink tones in the gel, she said 100% no pink in there. Lol it's all pink. They look horrible, like press on nails. Very disappointed with this experience. I will never go back to them. What a waste of money and time. Now I have to go somewhere else to have them removed and redone.

I came here for the first time today as a walk-in and I absolutely love how my nails turned out. The girl that did my nails (Jenny I think) was great, she knew exactly what she was doing. The atmosphere of the store was very calm, and everyone working there was very nice. The prices are very good and the quality of their work is excellent.I came back with to get them redone with my mom, we got matching nail colors and my mom loved them as well.Definitely going to be coming here as a regular customer for a long time.

I went in for an acrylic fill and to get one nail fixed as one had broken. When filing the nails with the machine, the tech was very rough and caused two of my nails to bleed. She was very fast and the whole thing probably only took 45 minutes. But I’d rather have someone take their time and not have a painful experience. The nails look good but when I went to pay the gentleman at the front told me it was over $75 something. Shocked since it was only a full I said I’m sorry how much?? He walked away and came back and told me $68.28. Pretty ridiculous since their pricing only said $50 for a fill. He started rambling on about cuticle oil costs etc (which I didn’t even ask for). Definitely won’t be going back.

Below average, just okay for a $35 pedi. Barely warm water. Massage very light and unfocused. No callous removal. Minimal callous buffing. The nail shaping was poor, very crooked. Polish application was also poor and crooked. Ladies were nice. In and out in 30 mins. Would try another place next time.

Wonderful service ! The cuticle removal, the massage and specially the staff is such a delight to meet each time. Hanah and Linda were great and the owner herself is personally involved with the clients ❤️

Molly is the best manicurist I’ve ever had. I drive from far far away to see her and won’t let anyone else touch my nails. The owner is super nice and makes me feel like home. Thank you Chi Nails!

I love this place. They do such a beautiful job here, and they are pretty friendly! The prices are a bit high but not unaffordable. I always get so many compliments on my nails, and the gels always last me up to 4 weeks which is longer than any place I've been. They do get VERY busy, so make sure to make an appointment.

Not happy at all, I initially said I liked the shape and length however she kept filing making the nails inconsistent in size and my thumbs are just butchered, they’re slanted and crooked and just look awful. For the price they charged, I’m extremely upset with what they look like. After being there for an hour and a half for a very simple set, I was in a rush to leave, or else I would have taken a better look and would have said something.

Oh wow everyone was so helpful and friendly. They were busy but manage to fit me in. I got a mani and pedi and got my nails done with a really nice purple. Tara was amazing. We talked and laughed. It was a great afternoon.
