Great experience! I was looking for a long term lease as a I just arrived in Montreal and Kenza really helped me with that. Very professional, quick service and I 100% recommend. I’ll definitely see them again when I’ll be looking for a new place.

I guarantee you will never find a better landlord. Marc-Andre and his team are best in class. You have a problem? Fixed next day. I’ve received bottles of wine and chocolates during the holidays lol. I’m telling you, Espace Nord REALLY goes the extra mile to make sure their tenants are happy. Personable, friendly, professional, efficient.Have been a tenant for 3 fantastic years. I was lucky enough to find the guys from Espace Nord when I first moved to Montreal. They are really professional and always take care of their tenants, as well as their properties. Their service is one of top quality, always in communication and super responsive/helpful if anything comes up. The apartment we stayed in was great, really comfortable and cozy. We are really grateful with them and recommend their services a 100 percent to anyone that is looking for a home. :)

Espace Nord has been an excellent landlord. We arrived from Thailand back in June, 2020 and took a 3 year lease with Espace Nord at 2035 Sherbrooke East. During these past three years, both front line staff and management have provided ongoing professional and courteous service. The space has been constantly attended to if their service was required.

I've been renting with Espace Nord for over 2 years now, and so far my experience has been incredibly positive! Their staff is very polite, professional, and responsive, and their units are quite new, modern, and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Espace Nord to anyone considering renting an apartment in the Montréal area.

Espace Nord has been the best rental management agency I have had the pleasure of dealing with in Montreal. Marc-Andre and the team at Espace Nord have consistently exceeded our expectations and continuously provide excellent, on-demand service catering to whatever our needs are. I have been living in Montreal for the past 4 years and since discovering Espace Nord I have no intention of renting an apartment from any other rental agency within Montreal. 6 stars.

Espace Nord was great for me when I lived in one of their properties. They were very responsive whenever we had problems, and were overall kind as a management group. Would recommend living in one of their properties if looking to rent.
