Went to buy 3 storage totes, which the store has priced for “$10.99” regular $15.99They store is telling me that they won’t honour that price because someone incorrectly tagged it. Despite the description and everything being the same.They were rude, the “fill manager” at the time was laughing.AWFUL experience.They told me their owner doesn’t let them honour pricing mistakes, and blamed everything on the owner.I can understand if it was a HUGE dollar amount.But for $5, and a pricing inaccuracy that is Canadian tires fault…… no.If you have an item priced, you need to sell it for whatever price you have shown, especially when the description is exactly that product.BAD SERVICE!BAD BAD BAD!As an ex Canadian Tire manager, this was very upsetting to see.And is NOT the image Canadian Tire wants to present.

Recently visited this store and was immediately impressed with the layout and attention given to order. I can only assume this particular store has a good manager who likes things done right. I have been in numerous Canadian Tire Stores but this one seriously left me with a good impression.

Called 3 times to try book oil change. 1 st time after pressing 3 for auto (per the phone voice instructions) lady answers says will transfer me to service … no answer for at least 5 mins. Hang up, called again and same process, press 3 for auto service this time the call just gets dropped , no one answers , third time , press 3 same lady comes on , says will transfer and line goes dead… well done Canadian tire… NOT… hadn’t been to one for couple years and this brought back reasons why from last experience!! BRUTAL

They try!Only reason I can do 5 stars is the online ordering system and pickup could use some improvement. Two separate experiences:Ordered online, pickup in locker. Went in through automotive door, got my item, then to get out automotive door you need someone at the service counter to open it. I stood there for literally 15 minutes waiting for someone.. I looked in the office, nobody, I wandered around behind the counter, nobody came… so much for quick pickup!Ordered online for curbside pickup.. my instructions said to park at the designated curbside pickup signs and follow the instructions… I drove around and around the parking lot. There are no curbside pickup parking spots! I went inside, had to wait at the service desk for a while to get assistance.. they told me to pull around back to a shipping container.People were friendly and helpful… but please improve these customer experiences.

Nice place but your layout is very problematic. Dropped in to have a look because I'm new to the whole Canadian Tire chain (from the US). After a look around I figured I'd best be going-maybe some other time. Strangely enough the only two options to exit are either through a very out of the way run-around aisle pushing last minute impulse buys, then past registers or the very plainly marked Out" doors in the automotive section with a strangely placed gate that sounds an alarm when you approach and requires a very annoyed employee to buzz you through."

This Canadian Tire location has the most beautiful plant filled entry area. The entire store is clean and always well stocked. Their website is up-to-date, and will tell you exactly which aisle you can find the item you are looking for. There is always ample staff to help you throughout the store. They have amazing weekly sales. On my last couple of visits I was helped by Candis and Chris, both of whom went out of their way and are one of the reasons I will keep going back! There is also always lots of parking and their automotive shop is also great at oil changes!

A typical CTC store. I don’t think this company does much in the way of staff training. If it isn’t a straight forward transaction be prepared to wait for a supervisor. I have never been asked if I needed help, and staff never look towards you, I believe to avoid being asked a question.

About the most ginormous one level Canadian Tire I have seen on the west coast and well stocked. Picked up some garden tools I've never seen in the Victoria stores. Worth a stop if killing time before a ferry.
