10/10 customer service! Had a mishap with a shredded cheque and Lopa went above and beyond to help me tape it back together and get it deposited. Way above the call of duty! Can’t recommend this branch and Lopa enough!

I don’t usually write a review but this bank branch deserve a 5/5 review. Andrew is an amazing adviser, he always spend time with costumers to inform them about the promotion that is fit able based on their needs and he always make sure the problem is solved and the costumer is leaving 100% satisfied.

The tellers leave much to be desired - at least the last couple that I've dealt with. No patience, not willing to listen (cutting you off mid-sentence), and their vocabulary knows only the extent of 'No'.The reason I still gave it a four is simply because the Branch Manager came to my rescue. He was kind, compassionate, and took the time to explain why things were the way the were.Good customer service starts from the top, and I hope that they look to their managment team from now on.

They have hired more staff in the last few months and the team is really awesome. There are more frontline tellers, the attitude is so helpful and the Manager and senior staff all work together. This branch location is a real pleasure to visit! Make sure you say hello to SAM

The staff is friendly and efficient. Seldom are there more than two people in line to see a teller.Safety deposit boxes are hard to find in my area, but this branch had one available less than four weeks after being put on the waiting list.
