Kaya and his crew were very easy to work with.They paid great attention to what we needed and recommended the best solutions to achieve what we wanted. I have a raised bungalow with a balcony in the front. The balcony had severe water damage underneath. I also needed my steps resurfaced. I had 3 other quotes for the work that was needed. Two quotes wanted to tear down my stairs and repour the concrete. The cost was extremely high. Mr. Kaya was professional and provided me with a honest quote of what work was needed.In preparing to fix the balcony, he needed to sand down all the damaged concrete . It took 3 days of preparation before he could get it done properly. It has been over a year and both the steps and the balcony look great.He does great work and does it honestly. I could not ask for or get someone better.
