Love their chicken shawarma laffa wrap! It’s my go-to, satisfies my craving every time. Portion is plentiful, especially if you get all or most of the toppings. Be careful when you get to the bottom, some sauce might leak lol. Their homemade chips is great too. If I’m in a rush to grab something quick, I will call in to place an order.Never had any bad experiences with their customer service, though I wouldn’t say they are the friendliest. It’s a seamless straightforward process - they take my order, I pay for my food.Seating - spacious and comfy. Lots of natural light, good place to eat and chat.Other items I’ve tried but was not a fan of - their falafel is a bit dry, and their platter isn’t anything special.

Just wanted a light meal. The chicken noodle soup is from a can. For the price I expected more from this chain. Perhaps the other menu items are not commercially manufactured. Place was clean though.

Ended up here when the restaurant we meant to go to was full. The staff was very friendly and the space was clean. There were just a handful customers on a friday evening. The food is well priced and delicious!! Falafel small dinner plate was $10.49. Small is a good portion. We also got some sides for $4. I also really enjoyed the soothing piano music in the background. I can't wait to come back! (Photo taken after I ate some of it.

Food was pretty good, but never in my life have I been charged $1.50 extra for hot sauce after already purchasing my meal which was already pricey. Owner told me he does not want to pay for hot sauce out of pocket. Great business model buddy! You have lost a customer and far more money

UPDATE: went back feb 9 2023. Ordered chicken breast platter with garlic dill wedges this time, it was delicious. Temperature was perfect this time. Upped the review to 4 starsIt’s alright. I ordered the chicken wrap and was told it would be 15 minutes, I figured cool it’ll probably be a fresh sandwich, it wasn’t. The chicken was cold with little flavour but the wrap overall was delicious. The sauces and salad inside it taste really good. They have a nice seating area and the staff is easy to talk to.

Food tasted good but they didn't put enough grilled veggies in the chicken shwarma plate.Service was slow. Took over 20 minutes to be served at our table even though we ordered at the cash register.Atmosphere was nice as it was not crowded or had loud music blaring like some restaurants.

I have been to North York location several times and it was good. First time at Markham, and I have to say, food was inedible. My son got kefta, which was this dry, burnt lump. He asked if he can bin it, I said fine, maybe he’s being picky. Then I opened my laffa. The bread was burnt, bitter crisp. I bit into it and it was a laffa soup because the super thin and burnt pancake like substance didn’t hold the toppings. Big mess. I would understand if they were busy and didn’t notice a couple of burnt items but there were hardly any customers. Maybe that should have been a clue, on a Saturday evening. Great location, terrible food.

Good food, fresh as usually, prices was reasonable, service were good and place was very clean. Shawarma was very good and falafel. However chicken schnitzel was very dry and not juicy I was very disappointed. Location was excellent a lot of open space around Enterprise drive, family friendly. Good place for family to walk around and be ends watching movie at IMAX theatre.

We ordered 2 laffa wraps and 2 variety plates, none of them looked like the pictures on their website. The service was very slow, the man who took our order was a bit rude, expecting us to know the menu by heart with all the options that go inside the laffa. Impossible. For overall experience leaving 4, although the food was pretty delicious.
