I had an issue with my order and reached out to Baskits team. The support I got from the team and the focus on giving customer centric service just was exceptional. It shows - the focus on providing quality service and product to the customers. Really happy with my resolve and would highly recommend.

I was having difficulty placing an order online last Friday afternoon. I emailed customer service, but I had just missed their business hours. Even though it was after hours Tanya, customer service, replied to my email. On the following Monday, I placed the order over the phone and followed up with Tanya. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my order, communicated with me multiple times and assisted when I had an issue with delivery (not Baskit''s problem), but mine. She offered to resend the courier at no cost and again communicated multiple times with me. In the end everything worked out. Tanya is by far the best customer service person I have worked with and represents Baskits with Gold Level customer service. I recommend Baskits to everyone. Robyn

Great product for sending the right gift to loved ones who don’t live locally. The product was delayed with ups but Tanya from customer service helped me track the item and made sure it was delivered ! She contacted ups for me which I appreciated and took that stress away. Great service and would likely order from here again!

I had a problem with a delivery that was sent to an office and not received by the recipient it was addressed to. Tanya jumped right in and worked with me to get a replacement delivery made. She was always quick to respond to all my requests to assure that the replacement order was shipped, and that a verified signature would be required. For Christmas 2022, I ordered a Brunch basket for my daughter and a Pasta basket for my son. When they had a few issues with their respective baskets, customer service manager Tanya Popli went above and beyond to remedy the situations. The professionalism fromTanya was top notch. My order of a basket from Baskits was delayed from delivery for 2 weeks. The company researched the location (always in transit) and kept me informed. Finally they agreed to refund my money. The next day the gift basket was delivered! The company managed to reverse the refund and was kind enough to thank me for my kindness. Kindness works two ways. I would recommend dealing with Baskits to everyone for their care for customers.
