European Autobody is absolutely outstanding. I had my Tesla repaired by them. Needless to say they are one of the few Tesla Certified Shop so I highly recommend to have your Tesla repair by them.Their shop is spotless. Michelle at the front desk was really pleasant an helpful She made sure that a Tesla rental has already arranged and ready for me on my drop off day so I can be on the road again. Manny, the body shop manager was very knowledgeable and professional, even went out of his way to help me deal with my sub-par insurance company. The repair was timely, not a day wasted. When I picked up the car, it looked better than I took delivery at the Dealership 2 months ago.European Autobody is second to none. I highly recommended them for any Tesla work.

The whole staff at European is absolutely fantastic and professional. The shop is crystal clean and my cad was fixed to perfection. I would prefer not to be in an accident again but if I am its European auto body for the fix hands down

From the moment the team greeted us at the service counter to Marco giving us the quote and delivering my repaired car, everyone was friendly and professional. My front bumper was replaced and some body work completed with the car looking better than when I drove it off the dealer lot! We used European recently for a repair to our Macan. From start to finish, the experience was perfect. Michelle, Sandra and Manny know how to treat a customer like royalty, and make the process painless. They looked after our claim with insurance company from start to finish. Picked up car once repairs were completed and could not even tell that it was ever damaged. The body shop, painter and detailers did a fantastic job. Note this is gonna be a long review but European Autobody and it's team deserve it :)Where can I start this review. This has to be HANDS DOWN the best body shop in Toronto. My beautiful LBB M2 front bumper got scraped from underneath I went to countless BMW certified body shops and they've quoted me something insane like $2,000 and up. After hearing from many shops, I lost hope and decided to let the bumper be since I didn't see spending 2K worth itA friend of mine recommended European Auto Body as his F30 bumper was repaired there. Everything was done through via text, which in my opinion was a plus if you're a busy individual like me. After sending Jason/Kathy some images and a video of the damage, he quoted me something very reasonable. Like, the quote was so amazing I actually went to the body shop later to confirm it. The quote was very accurate in the end!The car was dropped off Tuesday last week. I didn't have a ride to go home as the M2 was the only car I had for transportation. Jason was kind enough to schedule transportation for me and even showed me the facility. The body shop looks like nothing from the outside. But, from the inside it's quite updated, modern and very very clean. I wasn't expecting this but Jason was nice enough to show me a collection of rare Ferraris as well. This guy really goes the extra mile for his clientele and I've experienced that first hand. Definitely going to be dealing with him in the futureI picked her up today and had the biggest smile on my face when I saw her. Jason and his team also went the extra mile and polished some scratches, used touch up paint to fix small paint marked, detailed everything and even helped me put on some aesthetic bits on the car. All in all, European Auto Body treats you like family and goes the extra mile to earn your business. A lot of respect for everyone who've made this possible——Years later and nothing has changed. Came back to do business with them for the 3rd time and dealt with Michelle. My Tesla had some terrible scratches and I was convinced that I’ll have to shell out a a grand to repaint it. But, the opposite happened and everything was reversed with a polish.European Auto Body, I really respect your integrity and honesty behind your business model. You guys put the customer first and ensure they walk out happy. Very top notch customer service as well. Very rare to see businesses like this exist. Thank you again for the polish service my mother is extremely happy. Hope to do business again as I don’t think I’ll be going to any other body shop other than here for now on
