Mixed review on my visit here. I walk in the store greeted by some lady asking me how my day was and that I looked “Comfy”, I’m sorry but that’s not a great welcome. I continued to the back… The lady helping me pick my suit and try it on was outstanding! Helped every way possible, I Over heard she hadn’t had a break for like 6 hours.I found 2 beautiful suits. Upon check out I had a discount code. The lady at the desk seemed new so she asked for assistance from a coworker. That coworker gave her assistance was outright rude; Didn’t come over to the till or counter, rather yell across store telling me there was no such discount. Giving me rude looks and snarky remarks from the other side of the store. She than comes over and tries to help. Since I was already rang through she than had to give me a refund of the discount difference.All in all I got the suits and the discount. I was super disappointed in the customer service.

Just left and needed to write a review. Hands down the best La Vie En Rose I have ever shopped at. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were doing their best dealing with the rush of Valentine's Day shoppers and discounted sale items. Liz in the change rooms is the best retail worker I've ever encountered. What a wonderful shopping experience!

Spectacular deals on clothes and staff are polite. Fitting room was very busy a lady running it all by herself still offered to grab bigger sizes if needed she is good at her job.I enjoyed shopping here.

Jun 5th around 3:45-4pm.Just popped in for a quick look after losing some weight. Let me say, it’s one thing to greet your customers, its even ok to point out the sale, even when it’s plastered all over the store.It’s another thing to loudly harass them as they walk through the store making “small talk” when they’re CLEARLY taken back by it and trying to end the conversation and put some distance between them and said associates, to be able to shop in peace.Has it ever occurred to them (or the persons training them) that women shopping for lingerie and underwear might be more comfortable being left to do so rather privately? I didn’t intend to be rude, I just wanted to shop. If I need something, I’ll ask, like most people.I could understand if I came in avoiding staff with a big backpack on; but I literally had on skin tight clothing, a pocketless cardigan, a small Ardene bag with a single item in it and a small wallet in hand.I just wanted to see what products were in stock and be able to hear myself think and consider my purchases. I found myself abruptly leaving the store feeling almost profiled somehow, and I don’t typically ever feel that way anywhere…It was definitely framed as “polite” conversation but was so incredibly loud and intrusive. Every person in the store could hear this woman loudly questioning me about my day. Repeatedly.After the 3rd time, I just gave up on shopping here and left. It was very uncomfortable. Instead of spending a couple hundred bucks on replacing my old clothing, I left with zero desire to return to this location due to such nosey, intrusive staff.Some people might love that stuff, but when someone is politely answering your questions yet giving every possible indication that they want to be left alone, without directly telling a stranger to please leave them the hell alone, read the room.Especially if you’re selling intimate items to people that might not appreciate the audience.Most uncomfortable few minutes in a store ever.

I purchased some sale items in store but they didn't work out, so, I came back yesterday afternoon within the 15 days, but was told by two store employees that I couldn't get a refund, it was exchange only. One lady even told me it was because I should've had a chance to try it on before buying. What if it isn't for me?? Anyway, this did not seem right as I always check return policies before I bring items back so, I quickly googled it and sure enough on the store website it says..Store PurchasesWith original receipt30 days for the exchange or a full refund of merchandise purchased at regular price and 15 days for merchandise purchased on sale following the date of purchase."I told the employee and she asked if I would like to speak with a manager. The manager came out and I told her I should able to get a refund and not store credit as per the website & she tells me she would do it this time. I then told her that it should be an all the time thing for everyone as that's what it says on the website's return policy for both online & store purchases. This isn't a special favor for me!I have no complaints about the clothing itself

I absolutely hate coming into this store. Staff will bombard you with questions the minute you walk into the store all in an attempt to build a connection" with you just so they can make money off of you. Terrible way to make sales and makes a lot of people who like to be left alone while shopping never want to buy anything. I also have noticed the manager talking about other customers right in front of them."

The manager with glasses is extremely abusive and it’s clear she makes both the people working there and the customers uncomfortable. I heard her ordering staff to go back and seduce costumers to buy stuff they don’t need, despite the employees offering assistance and making conversation. She berated the cashier because an elderly customer got a refund on her slippers and she said to her “Why didn’t you get her to buy something instead? We have lost money because of you”. So extremely desperate to make sales at the cost of the customer and the employees.

I cannot express how much I love shopping at this la Vie en Rose. It is my go to place for swimwear. The Staff were so helpful and kind and knowledgeable and did everything they could to make sure that I left left there with what I needed. Shopping for swimwear for my upcoming vacation, especially after packing on some weight during the pandemic, is stressful to say the least and they were absolutely wonderful, patient and again so helpful. Also they helped me find the perfect bra. I wish I had the names of the 3 who helped me so I could praise them personally. I have been shopping here for many years and I will continue to. It has to be said that the selection there is amazing and they have some good sale racks.

The ladies were so kind and helpful when I was looking for bras. Really great experience and lots of great sales
