Rude staff. Waited in line for long and when turn came, I asked if I can quickly grab a thing while they start billing(did not take even 1 min). The lady asked me to go back to the end of line when I came back. Dint buy anything in the end as there is no value for customers or their time.

Had a great experience with the lady that helped us with ear piercing for a child. She was very patient and made it a good experience for the kids! Could have hugged her coz she was so nice compared to a witch we had at a different location.

I honestly don’t leave reviews but Beatrice was just amazing with my daughter when she wanted her ears pierced! She was patient and kind with herI didn’t get her Coworkers name and I feel really bad about that because she was just as amazing!Thank you ladies! You’re wonderful:)

We had the best experience with Sabrina and the manager of the store getting my daughter's ears pierced for the first time. Excellent attention and care, made my daughter felt completely at ease and understanding what was to happen. She's 5 years old, gave her a stuffy to hold onto and pierced both ears at the same time. She felt nothing - pain wise, it was great! Since then everything healing well and perfect!I would highly recommend this location, they are booked solid, call ahead and make an appointment!If you're thinking to go traditional, maybe to a salon, or some other places - my MIL gave me grief on my choices (mainly jealous because she want's part of the experience, this was just a mommy - daughter evening) but hands down I'm proud I took my daughter here. There's a well thought out procedure, sanitized and clean area. Price for the package may seem high but well worth it. The store is busy but don't let that fret you; see from other reviews this location does a great job!It's a great experience, we got there a bit early so we did a little accessory shopping, afterwards found out we had a discount applied to anything we bought - due to the piercing, win - win!!!

A jewelry store for kids and teenagers. You can find tiaras, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, stuff animals, diary books, rings, nail polish, pens, pencils, hair accessories and more. This place was busy when I came in. The aisles are a bit narrow but you can squeeze by.

I got a terrible experience here. I very much agree with someone who said that that lady was despicable here. My daughter had four pierced ears and one ear stud fell out. The lady directly said that I would spend money to do it again and her attitude was very bad. She don't even look at my daughter.leave away from this person, she will ruin your day.

batch is a total boss. best employee ever and deserves a raise. was the best guy ever and is the coolest.
