Quite possibly the best automotive shop ever! I have been going here for several years and have always received above and beyond customer service. Prices are very fair and Darrell and Mildred have always gone the extra mile for me. Will never forget the times they came to jump start my car to get it in for a new battery, or the time my exhaust system suddenly gave out and they stayed late to fix it (same day) before going on vacation.Honest mechanics who actually care about their customers and their cars are a rare thing these days. Keep being awesome! Also ask about Mildred's sea glass art when you're there. Fantastic!!

The current service that they performed was automotive maintenance and vehicle inspection, but I have been going to Hebb's for at least twelve years or more and over that period of time, I think it is safe to say that I have probably had most of these services. I have always found that the work was well done and reasonably priced. They are always helpful, and I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a good mechanic. I don' t think I could find a better automotive service shop.

Used them before, they did good auto work. However their customer service is lacking. Phone skills and customer service skills need some work. They're apparently too busy to deal with inquiries on the phone, so too busy to get our business again. There are lots of great shops in this town with friendly people. I gave them 3 stars because I want to be fair to the folks in the shop, I've got nothing bad to say about the quality of the auto work.

Great service, they repaired my car in a timely manner and they were proactive on showing me the broken parts of my car that they repaired. They also showed me videos of the quality of the damaged parts while they were still on the car before repairing. Prices are more than reasonable and I'm very satisfied!!

I have been going to Hebb’s Automotive for over 15 years, because I can count on them. Darryl and Mildred are very trustworthy to deal with . They contact you to discuss any needed repairs prior to doing the work. They take pride in their business, and always explain what was done to my vehicle when I pick it up. They provide excellent service, I would highly recommend this business!

I can't say enough about the professional and honest staff at Hebb's Automotive. They went above and beyond for me and I can't say thank you enough!!! Not only did you fix an issue that for over 1.5 yrs has been driving me crazy but you also informed me about issues with my exhaust others had failed to mention.I've read some of the reviews here and I have to say I can see some fakes pretty easily and I hope in reading this people will see what amazing mechanics you are and trust you with their vehicles as I did.THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything you did for me!
