Ray Berro is an amazing tech, very fast and efficient with full transparency. I was worried leaving my computer with someone but after meeting and doing business with him I'm totally comfortable with him and will be returning again soon to use his service again. He gave me a completely free diagnostic and then replaced a RAM stick for me and my power supply, he also saved me money by suggesting I drop my Computer off to him instead of getting him to come to my house. If you need work on your computer or network please don't skip over this tech he is absolutely great to do business with and will give you great prices on top quality work.

I had clumsily spilled my tea on my work laptop on a Tuesday afternoon. Thankfully I was able to rush it to Ray, who urgently requested to get it checked and cleaned. I got my laptop back the next day, so it’s an awesome turned around time. I don’t know what I would have done without this service to such an emergency issue. I’m glad Ray picked up the phone, otherwise I would have been calling all over Edmonton for help. I did not know where to go to have my laptop fixed and found myself bearing with an EXTREMELY slow computer for way too long. I don’t know much about computers so I just thought I might have to buy a new one.. but before doing so, I went to Ray just to see if it would be worth it to get it fixed and if it would make me save some money.It turned out Ray fixed my laptop within 24 hours, on a wknd for less than $200 and now I am super happy with my laptop! No more issues with it, and did not have to buy a new one.Ray is professional, I highly recommend him!

During the last month, I had a very pleasant experience of working with Ray. There was a very significant piece of data on one our server drives. For some reason, the drive got corrupted and the folder showed up as empty. Ray diagnosed the problem and assured me that he can fix the problem and can recover the data for me. We agreed on a price and he went to work. There was a large amount of data (DNA sequencing) and it took the better part of a week to recover it. He recovered the data and we could proceed with our analyses. Ray is a real professional in IT and takes his work very seriously and conscientiously. Extremely friendly service, super easy to communicate with, and arrange pick up and drop off. My laptop screen was cracked, and they picked it up, fixed it, and dropped it back off to me in less than 48 hours. Highly recommend.

Been having issues with my laptop since I bought it, sent it to Asus twice for warranty repair and they kept sending it back with more and more issues each time. Brought my laptop here and told him all of my issues, he diagnosed the problem right away (corrupted hard drive, something Asus couldn't figure out) and fixed it right away. I even has some trouble with the app setup afterwards and he helped me through the process afterwards to assure the computer was in full working order to how I had it prior to bringing it in with all of my settings and everything. Great guy, he does amazing work and is very knowledgeable and is always more than happy to help, I would recommend him to anyone having issues with their devices. His prices are also very fair when compared to other companies. 10/10

Very fast work, dropped off my laptop and picked it up the next day. Honest and trustworthy! They could have charged me more for what I thought was a cracked screen, but was honest about it ending up only being the wiring. I would definitely recommend, and will be back again if I need the services.
