I hired BMN Plumbing & Electric based on reviews online. They showed up at the agreed time. The technician who came asked to understand the issue I was having. Gave me options and started working on it, he made sure that I fully understand everything he was doing. Work is clean, professional, cleaned up after themselves, pleasant to chat with and explained the work. I'd use BMN Plumbing & Electric again for sure.

the company is extremely responsive and efficient. Very pleased. He not only fixed the problem - but he provided me with helpful advice and instructions so that it would not happen to us again. For one part of the job he needed an additional tool. He immediately sent another member of his team to come and complete the work. While he was here I asked if he could also do some work at a nearby relative and the crew went over right away and checked and cleaned the backwater valve.
