If you're looking for professional, honest, hard working and knowledgeable plumbers, this is your company. I've had Matt and now Tyler here; both of them were great! The work was done in a timely manner and if (more so when because I had a few) I had questions they knew the answers and took the time to explain thoroughly. I wont ever call anyone else for plumbing work. You guys truly earned this 5 star review and should be extremely proud of yourselves and the work you do. Thank you so much!For reference: We had a portion of our main stack removed and replaced, outdoor hose bibb replaced and just recently had our main floor bathroom toilet installed (properly), vanity hooked up and upstairs toilet fixed.

Fixed a problem and were in + out quickly and left no mess behind.

Being a business owner myself in the animal industry, water is an necessity. Many of the other 24hr service companies would not come out on a saturday night to repair my well pump despite knowing we operate and care for animals. HOWEVER, We then had small miracle when the phone rang and Jordan said he was willing to come out and see if he could get our water working or at least try and get something set up for the animals. Within 1 hour of calling, he was on the property and had the pump repaired and water running to all facilities. Very professional, prompt, and affordable. We cant thank you enough for professionalism and help, when nobody else would.

I can’t recommend Benchmark enough! Their professionalism, friendliness and knowledge made me feel very comfortable with our choice of company. They were responsive and reliable. They even made an effort to be light and fun with my little kids while they were here, as well as great with my dog. They were tidy and efficient. Absolutely will be using them again if and when I need plumbing services.

Benchmark truly lives up to their name. I subcontracted them to install 3 bathrooms at a retrofit project for a client of mine. Benchmark did an impeccable job updating all the water lines, installing three toilets, 2 bathtubs, 1 shower and 3 vanities.
