Bought a pair of boots, started falling apart after 2 months. Brought them back, they told me that the boots were too worn out (basically calling me a liar). Been going there for a couple years won’t ever be going back.

I've made an order on the 12th ( let's say 13th because it was after their opening hours) the day after they told me that the color was not available they offered the same but in another color. So far so good.8 days later the parcel wasn't even pickup up by the carrier, I came here and put a review about my experience ( longer delivery and wrong availability on their website ) 10 days later ( still not a clue of when my parcel will be shipped ) I guess the guy went mad because he decided to cancel my order mentioning that I've put a bad review here and that they probably aren't a good enough store for me. Gladly ordered elsewhere in the meantime. No you are definitely not a store for me.

Great place. Selling point for me is they carry holsters and reels for rodguys. They just have a nice lot of work gear you don't see everywhere.

Update Nov;These boots are still doing very well.Quite Happy with this purchase.This place is tops! Attentive bilingual staff. Lots of great safety equipment, work clothes, winterware as well. They move with the season. I bought some safety shoes, just what I wanted. They seem to have a wide selection in various sizes. Fine assistance frome the sales staff. Thanks
