Budget Car Rental
This was good, I've had some bad experiences with other companies in Sault Ste Marie. They were up front, available when the plane landed. Thank you for making my trip a positive experience! The only thing I would have liked is a different car, but, that was a minor thing.

I’ve used other budget rental car locations (Thunder Bay, Timmins) and this location is by far the worst. The policy/procedure is completely different and they are so slow. Takes over 20 minutes to get your car after landing

The only place I rent from now. Best prices and very clean cars. Also they seem to have more full size vehicles to rent then the other places. I just feel better in a full size then a compact car.

Would only allow truck reservations 3 weeks out or less. I want to secure the truck now. Will have to take my business elsewhere.

My huaband and I were left stranded at the airport due to no car being left for us and no number to contact for problems with our car rental reservations. As of 9 30 the next moring we still have not been able to contact anyone about the car rental. They open at 9. If we did not have family in town to pick us up we would have had to pay for cabs everywhere. This has been a bad time due to the car rental.
