Best employees ever!!! I've always loved Banana Republic. Clothes are good quality and my style. But Sophia and Nicole at this location we're AMAZING!!!! Super friendly, helpful, and made shopping super enjoyable (I'm not a shopper). Give these girls a raise!!! They rock!

SriRam and Safiya here are super helpful, super pleasant and super Courteous. They made the shopping experience for me and my son super pleasant, easy and convenient. Great customer service goes a long way, and certainly these two went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

We went to buy a jacket here and they didn't have the right size for the jacket we liked, but the girl (didn't get her name) on the cash counter went above and beyond to call multiple stores and got it shipped to our house. Really appreciate it. Great customer service.

I would have given this store manager as well as assistant (Nicole and Almitra) negative rating, if that would have been possible. I bought one of the pants marked at $79.99 , which was charged as $48 because of sale. Wore it once and the quality was so bad that it got torn off. Natural reaction of store manager in such case should be to atleast process store credit. However in this case , they said they can only give a store credit of $19.00 because I was a day late than when I was supposed to return the pant. I requested the store assistant and manager multiple times but they had nothing to say but keep repeating I understand but we can give you only $19. Pathetic quality, can't trust that brand at all plus such cold customer service. I would never recommend the store and it's merchandise to anyone. On top of it, attitude ...gosh be human and take ownership for God's sake.Pathetic experience!!!

Friendly staff. Love the discount section. Great quality clothes that look stylish and last a long time. Store is always organized well and has a good selection. Fitting rooms are clean.

I have been shopping at this location for years and years. I’m not sure what happened between then and around when the pandemic started, but this store has truly gone downhill. Not only are the staff unfriendly, snarky, and not knowledgeable about their products, but the items in store have been around for ages. It seems like they are desperately trying to sell old stock (with no luck) and refusing to bring new clothing in. And what has been brought in is pretty terrible at best. In the last little while, they’ve also changed their return policy and there are now items that are final sale. In store yesterday, I went to purchase a dress and pair of jeans and wasn’t even made aware of the change until I asked what the return policy was. The rep responded with the most sketchy answer “once you pay for it, you’re stuck with it for life”.. and that was actually enough for me to put the items back and walk out empty handed. It almost seemed like something was wrong with the clothing and they were just trying to get rid of it. Needless to say, I will not return. Please train your staff on how to be kind and courteous human beings. This alone was such a turn off.

After losing a considerable amount of weight, I needed new clothing. Normally I hate shopping for clothes but my shopping experience at the Banana Republic Factory Store in Ajax changed all that. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Ryan C. He was very attentive to my needs and provided excellent service. He made my shopping experience very enjoyable and I'm looking forward to going back to purchase more clothing in the near future. Thank you Ryan!
